As we countdown to the 2017 Leadership Conference on May 10th at Tampa Convention Center, we’re pleased to share a guest blog post from our Keynote Speaker, fascination researcher and expert Sally Hogshead.

Imagine a team of seven (see graphic above). They are all about as different as seven people can be. Using the Fascination Advantage System, let's see how they communicate and identify how they excel.

Power personality: Leader who makes decisions. Has no problem speaking at the front of the room.

Passion personality: Build relationships through emotion.

Mystique personality: Prefers to listen, and absorb before speaking.

Prestige personality: Often asks "where can we go from here?" Doesn't settle for mediocrity.

Alert personality: Detailed oriented. Can see the details of most situations.

Innovation personality: Loves to brainstorm and be creative. Offers game-changing ideas.

Trust personality: Prefers to look to the past to make long-ranged goal.

Now imagine a Trust personality speaking with an Innovation personality. The Innovation personality might try to deliver exciting ideas, but to the Trust personality they don't seem tried and true. They will get very uncomfortable.

When you start to identify these patterns, your relationships get a lot easier.

Identifying these patterns is exactly what attendees of the 2017 Leadership Conference will do! Register today to take Sally’s assessment and receive your unique Fascination Advantage report for FREE!! Bring your customized report along with you and be prepared to discuss each other’s findings at your table.

Team NLC has an active learning culture, so we’re not content just to share Sally’s excellent content; we took the Fascination Advantage assessment ourselves and learned more about our own and our colleague’s strengths. While we’re already working with our newfound knowledge (and, never fear, we'll be sharing details in future blog posts), we can’t wait to dive into them even more deeply on May 10th at Leadership Conference.

Purchasing a table for your team will be the most impactful way to explore and begin to play to your team’s individual strengths. Reserve your table here:

And just to ice the cake: Here’s a quick video from Sally that explains how to build high-performing teams using each individual’s Fascination Advantage.

Register now to join us on May 10th at the Tampa Convention Center for a day devoted to authentic solutions for cultivating leadership in a diverse workplace.

You'll receive a code to complete Sally's Fascination assessment online and come armed with new insights into what makes you unique and valuable in your organization.

Individual tickets are limited and early bird pricing expires on March 15th. Tables and sponsorships are available.

In the morning, choose 2 of 6 breakout sessions addressing individual and team development. Then, during the seated keynote luncheon, Sally will dig deeper into the Fascination Advantage, showing you how becoming MORE you is the key to individual and organizational success.
