FOR 2017!

A panel of experts will explore what diversity and inclusion look like in today’s workplace,sharing case studies and best practices for building diversity into our workplace cultures as well as navigating common disruptors.


John Loblack, Ed.D., is an NLC trainer and principal of Loblack’s Education & Development Seminars. Dr. Loblack will facilitate an interactive breakout session on the role Emotional Intelligence (EQ) plays in successful teams and how to build your own EQ.


Michele Norris, founder of Navigen Leadership, will lay out the 5 characteristics of truly authentic leaders and, through interactive exercises, help you understand where you fall on the spectrum of these traits.


Christopher Amos, Ph.D., Assistant Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development at GTE Financial, will share case studies as well as tools and resources for moving your organization away from the inauthentic and outdated model of annual performance reviews to a real-time performance management model that maximizes engagement, productivity, and retention.


BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Margarita Sarmiento, NLC trainer and principal of ITK Consultants, will help you explore the concept of unconscious bias and how that affects your personal and professional interactions every day.
